These images are of what seems to be very minor problems. In each case the problem prevented the car from operating and ended up costing more to fix after the failure than it would have cost if the the vehicle had been serviced correctly at the prescribed intervals.
A minor oil leak can cause the engine to stop!
Notice the amount of oil almost completely covering the spark plug in this image.
Not only did the oil around the spark plugs prevent the engine from running, it also destroyed the spark plug leads which added to the cost of the overall repair.
I Always Have My Car Serviced & Have Never Been Told Any Of This Before
These are images of normal service parts, that have should have been picked up and replaced during routine service. This type of contamination doesn't just happen between services, this is long term neglect on either the vehicle owners behalf or failure of their service agent reporting problems in a timely manner.
