Hi Rebecca (and Julian and team at Mansfield Motors), I just wanted to take the time to thank you very much for the time and effort you all put into making sure my car was in perfect working order and most importantly safe for me to drive and transport my precious family around in. I had no idea my vehicle was in such a terrible state of disrepair and dangerously un-roadworthy. It has shown to me how poorly the servicing of this vehicle (which has only done 65000Km) has been completed in the past. For some time, my husband and I had been unhappy with the dealership maintenance and servicing of both our vehicles and had been searching for alternatives. We had tried a few, but until I stumbled across your office when looking for air conditioning repairs, we had not been convincingly swayed despite being disgruntled with our current lot. On both occasions of dealing with your company, I have been impressed with the genuine thoroughness of your vehicle inspections and evaluations. Even to a semi vehicle gumby like myself, the way in which all issues were explained (especially with the irrefutable photographic evidence) was clear and unambiguous. Peace of mind. Your safety is our number one priority. If there is a chance that your car will let you down in any motoring situation, we will tell you. During every service we bring existing and developing problems to your attention so that you can decide if you want them repaired. Many other service centres won't inform you of every issue because it takes time, and the issues are generally not covered under the fixed price schedule. We take the time to provide important details, so that you can make informed choices.
You can get your Road Worthy and Safety Certificate from Mansfield Motors.
Safety certificates can only be issued by Approved Inspection Stations, of which we are one. Mansfield Motors is approved by Queensland Transport to conduct inspections and issue safety certificates. A Safety Certificate is a compulsory certification required if you are looking to sell, or transfer ownership of your vehicle. We know that it can be a hassle without your car, so we offer you air conditioned replacement vehicles on loan at a reasonable daily rate. Some conditions apply, so contact us for more details.
While your car is being serviced, relax in our comfortable air conditioned lounge and enjoy some well deserved 'down time' or keep up with work while away from the office with wireless Internet access. We pride ourselves on our customer friendly environment.

Your car will only be fitted with quality parts. There's no point getting your car serviced if the mechanic clutters your car with low-grade parts that can cause further problems. We use only the best quality parts for your car.
You are not restricted to our opening hours. We have an early drop off and late pick up procedure.
We understand that our opening and closing times are not suitable to everyone, so we can inform you about our early drop off and late pick up arrangements.
There are two systems in place to accommodate early and overnight drop off of your vehicle. We have the "Early Bird" system for when we are closed. Here's how it works: park your vehicle in our car park in front of our building. Remove all your valuables and lock your vehicle up. Write us a short note with your details -- most important is the best phone number to contact you with. Deposit the note & the key into the drop box in the front door. When we open we will call to confirm that we've received your vehicle and make sure we are on the same page about what you want us to do with it! We can be very busy in the mornings, so if you have not received a call about your Early Bird, be sure to check in around 9:30am or 10am to see what's up.
The other system is a little even easier: you can drop your car off any day prior to your appointment during business hours. All vehicles will be locked in overnight so you can be at ease. Of course, this option only works for people who don't need their vehicles in the evening. There is no additional storage fee for this service.
Your car will be serviced in a workshop that is modern, clean and fully equipped.
